Promotions, Rates, and Discounts

Contract and Cancellations

• Both parent and student signatures may be required before the start of the Behind the Wheel (BTW) training.
• A $50 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made without at least 24-hour notice.
• This fee also applies to three consecutive reschedulings.

Program Time Limits

• All programs must be completed within 90 days.
• Extensions may be granted if the school is unable to accommodate or has no open slots.

Refund and Payment Policies

• Non-refundable online payment service fee of approximately 3% applies for program cancellations.
• Refunds will be issued based on the services provided, prorated.
• Invalid checks will incur a $35 fee.
• Lost or misplaced certificates will cost $35 to replace.

Driving Class Policies

• Free pick-up and drop-offs are available in specified cities. Additional fees may apply for other locations.
• Unregistered individuals are not allowed to ride along unless authorized by the school.

Zero Tolerance Policy

• A-HERO Driving School has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct.
• All incidents must be reported immediately in writing to management for prompt action.

Safety and Liability

• All vehicles may be equipped with video and audio recording devices for quality assurance.
• Students must obey driving laws and respect instructors and peers.
• By enrolling, students acknowledge the inherent risks of learning to drive and release A-HERO Driving School from liability, except in cases of gross negligence.

• By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
• You also consent to A-HERO Driving School charging your bank card or account for requested programs.
